    If the services you have paid for are not delivered within the agreed timeframe without prior notification or explanation from our team.

Service Deficiency
    If the delivered services do not meet the agreed specifications or standards as outlined in the service agreement.

Technical Issues
    If technical issues on our end prevent the completion of the service and cannot be resolved within a reasonable period.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided under the following conditions:

Change of Mind
    If you decide to cancel the service after it has been delivered as per the agreed specifications.

Third-Party Issues
    Any issues arising from third-party integrations, platforms, or services not directly managed by Realogistix.

Client Delays
    Delays or non-performance caused by the client, such as failure to provide necessary information or approvals.

Refund Process

Submit a Request
    To request a refund, contact our customer support team at contact@realogistix.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue.

Evaluation
    Our team will review your request and may ask for additional information to understand the issue better. This evaluation process may take up to 7 business days.

Decision
    Once the evaluation is complete, we will inform you of our decision. If approved, refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
